How exactly does mobile grooming work?
WTFMG arrives at your house, we'll let you know when we're there by knocking, please allow us about 1-2 minutes to set up. Then we come to your door, have an introduction and get instructions, retrieve your pet and go into our trailer to groom. Once we're done, we bring your newly groomed pet to your door and collect payment. Afterwards WTFMG will clean and sanitize our trailer for our next appointment, so expect to see us still infront for about 1-2 minutes after grooming your pet.
Do you express anal glands?
Yes, for an additional 15.00$ and only externally.We do not express cat anal glands.
Why is the cost of mobile grooming higher?.
Convienence. WTFMG grooms your pet right outside your yard, and focuses soley on your pet. Also, our prices reflect the cost of living and WTF believes our groomers should get paid what they're worth. We are always quality over quantity.
What the fluff mobile grooming LLC is able to take less as to not overbook our staff
What Vaccinations to you require?.
The only vaccination we require is the rabies vaccination, all other vaccinations are recommended.
Do you use warm water?
Yes, we have warm water and temperature control.
Do you muzzle pets?
Yes, only for certain things - Ex. if a pet is attempting to bite because they are sensitive with their feet/nails, then we will muzzle in similar circumstances.
Cats are always muzzled to protect our groomers.
How long does the grooming process take?
Depends on the animal, typically grooming can be 1 hr to 3.5 hours. We can answer correctly once we know the breed and behavior.
Can I come inside the van to watch my pet be groomed?
Due to insurance reasons, no you cannot accompany your pet while he/she is being groomed. Also pets are more distracted when they see their owners, which could cause accidents.
Can I get an appointment tommorow?
Typically WTFMG is booked out 2-4 days and up to 1-2 weeks depending on breed and weight.we recommend getting on our schedule and rebooking to stay on a re-occuring schedule to avoid having to wait.
